Balloon Disclaimer

1. Balloon Safety Warning. The Client understands and agrees that balloons can be a safety risk. Popping balloons may lead to eye injuries or other harm. Balloons can also be choking hazards for young children. Latex balloons may trigger allergic reactions in those with latex allergies. The Client is fully responsible for supervising all usage and preventing any misuse or abuse of helium, balloons, equipment, and materials related to the Balloon Décor and the Event. The Balloon Artist is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur due to misuse or mishandling by the Client, guests, or venue staff.

2. Outdoor Conditions. The Client acknowledges and agrees that if the Balloon Décor is to be set up outdoors, various outdoor factors, such as sun, wind, heat, and rain, can adversely impact the Balloon Décor. The balloons used are of high quality brands; however, it is important to note that darker balloon colors tend to absorb heat more rapidly than lighter colors, which can impact the balloons' durability. The Balloon Artist does not guarantee that the Balloon Décor will endure outdoor conditions, and no refunds will be issued for any damage to the Balloon Décor.

3. Venue Access. Regarding the Event Location, it is the Client’s sole responsibility to:

a. Ensure that the Event Location has sufficient access for the installation of the Balloon Décor;

b. Confirm that the Event Location permits the Balloon Décor and any necessary installation tools or equipment;

c. Ensure that the Balloon Artist can access the Event Location on the Event Date for delivery; and

d. Acquire any necessary permits for installing the Balloon Décor at the Event Location.
