Greetings, central Iowa! We would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves; we are the Hernandez sisters, Zari and Eli, the founders of Celebrations By HER LLC, a business owned by Latinas and women. We are proud to serve Des Moines and its neighboring areas. Although we were born in California, we were raised in Iowa, and we both share a deep passion for creativity, transforming visions into reality.
