Visit our homepage and select "Request a Quote."
Complete the quote request form and choose Event Rental. In the Additional Details section, please specify the backdrop(s) you are interested in renting.
Once we receive your request, we will send you a rental agreement for your review along with a secure link to submit your refundable security deposit.
After your signed agreement and deposit are received, your rental will be officially reserved. Remaining balance due 2 days before scheduled drop off date. Our team will contact you during the week of your event to confirm your delivery details and answer any final questions.

Rental Information

A $20 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your rental. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
We do not require a refundable security deposit. However, clients are financially responsible for any rented items that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the affected item(s).
Please refer to your rental agreement for complete terms and conditions.

Delivery Pricing Guide

0 to 10 miles: $30 flat rate
11 to 25 miles: $50 flat rate
26 to 35 miles: $75 flat rate
36 to 50 miles: $100 flat rate
Over 50 miles: $100 plus $1.75 for each mile past 50 miles
