Hello central Iowa! Allow us to introduce ourselves, we are the Hernandez sisters Zari & Eli. Founders of Celebrations By HER LLC, a latina and woman owned business. Proudly serving Des Moines and surrounding areas. Born in California but raised in Iowa. Both of us have a passion for creativeness and decorating parties.
